Jeff called to let us know he was on his way and what time he'd arrive, which was well within the time frame quoted by his office.  Once on site he was able to diagnose & resolve the issue within an hour.  Jeff was very professional and delivered what was needed, nothing more, nothing less.  We will be using and recommending this company going forward.
